a really nice envelope bag, 1/6/2011

I purchased this envelope bag for my husband to replace his old one that was deemed unfixable after several years of daily use on the new york city trains to carry his very old and expensive pulp magazines which are larger than an average magazine. I was uncomfortable making this purchase online because a couple of sites listed its demensions differenty [...] This style of bag and its slightly larger size very was difficult to find but my husband is more than satified with it and I think the price was good as well.

Excellent product (but monogram wasn't), 3/15/2010

Better than as described, more pockets (with zippers to boot). Monogram was a bit weak if you get that. It's just stamped in, not as deep as should be and without any contrasting outline or anything.

Piel is Peerless!!, 2/24/2010

I am a financial advisor with two offices 60 miles apart. For the files that I carry between my two offices, I carry two large "doctor's bag"type briefcases.I put this smaller Piel leather brief under my arm- it holds files that I use in that day's "out of my office" appointments. The color and quality of the leather is fantastic. I am proud to carry this bag into any of my client's offices, whatever their net worth.
