Shipping Carriers
Irv's Luggage partners with UPS, and the United States Postal Services (USPS) to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by UPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

*Please order early! Our carriers are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes due to the pandemic.
* Most expedited orders will ship out in 1-2 business days, which are processing days and not considered days in transit.
* Due to a new UPS oversize surcharge, items over 28" inches an oversize fee ranging from $15-$20. This will be added to some wheeled garment bags, large wheeled duffels, trunks, luggage sets, and large luggage pieces that require additional shipping surcharges due to the large size. Shipping fees are not refundable.

*Irv's Luggage must be notified within 7 days of any lost or stolen packages which ensures time to file a trace with the carrier.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment and we will give you a Return Authorization number. Once returned, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.
