Made using surplus fabric, these super comfortable, non-medical grade masks keep perfectly good materials out of the landfill. When you buy one, we donate a high-quality face mask to someone in need. When you wear one, you put the health of your community first.
Each mask follows CDC guidelines, is made from 100% tightly woven cotton, and includes two layers of fabric. To allow for breathability and ease of wear, the fabric is a lightweight cotton, similar to the weight of a dress shirt. Designed to be worn alone or over a disposable medical mask.
With its mask program Cotopaxi wanted to help solve for several major social issues. We knew suppliers and especially vulnerable workers, were feeling the impact of canceled orders due to COVID-19. To lessen the business shock upon our supply chain and utilize the remnant cotton fabric that had ended up as environmental waste within our factories, we worked with our suppliers to provide businesses with a way to supply their workers with PPE while also being able to donate additional masks to populations in need in South America. To date, we've donated over 100,000 masks to refugee populations in the Americas.
Care Instructions
The CDC advises washing cloth face coverings after each use. This means that even though our masks are reversible, they still need to be washed before wearing the reverse side. Because our masks are 100% cotton, they may become wrinkled after washing, and their pleats may need to be ironed back into place. To avoid ironing, flatten fabric after washing and lay flat to air dry.

Is the Teca Cotton Face Mask Medical Grade?
Our face masks are not medical grade. However, they may extend the life of a medical grade mask, and can be worn over most medical grade masks as an additional precautionary measure.
Can I Put a Filter Inside My Teca Cotton Face Mask?
Our face masks are not filter compatible, and are not meant to replace medical grade face masks. That said, cloth face coverings may slow the spread of the virus, and the CDC recommends wearing them in public settings.
These Masks Seem Thinner Than What I’m Used to. Are They Still Safe?
We designed these masks to be lightweight and breathable, so they can be comfortably worn for long periods of time. Should you want additional protection, our mask fits over most medical grade masks.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $129.99, shipping to the contiguous U.S (*oversize shipping fees may apply).
We also offer 3-day, and 2-day shipping, which refers to business days in transit, not days to your door. All orders require at least 1 full business day for processing before shipment.

Shipping Carriers
Irv's Luggage partners with UPS, and the United States Postal Services (USPS) to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by UPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

*Please order early! Our carriers are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes due to the pandemic.
* Most expedited orders will ship out in 1-2 business days, which are processing days and not considered days in transit.
* Due to a new UPS oversize surcharge, items over 28" inches an oversize fee ranging from $15-$20. This will be added to some wheeled garment bags, large wheeled duffels, trunks, luggage sets, and large luggage pieces that require additional shipping surcharges due to the large size. Shipping fees are not refundable.

*Irv's Luggage must be notified within 7 days of any lost or stolen packages which ensures time to file a trace with the carrier.
Irv's Luggage is committed to keeping our products in stock. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment and we will give you a Return Authorization number. Once returned, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.
