I use this luggage for work and personal trips. I like the way this luggage looks, and it's very easy to handle - lightweight, good handle, etc. But it seems cheaply made. The "hard" case has been dented in from travel a couple of times and things inside have broken (a hairdryer!), and the plastic around the zipper is already coming off after only two uses. And it doesn't hold as much as I'd hoped.
