ONLY problem with this bag is that the shoulder carry strap drags on ground or floor when attached and the bag is wheeled behind you. It can't be tucked in or secured more closely to the bag and has to be removed (unclips) and stored in the bag, which is a minor inconvience when you want to quickly go from wheeling to carrying it. Otherwise, this is an exceptionally functional, great carry-on bag!
