Great bag all around except the first time I checked it instead of carry on it got a tear in the fabric, probably not the bags fault but it happened first time thru an airport.

Merlot color is easy to spot on baggage belt, balances well when upright & full, dirty laundry bags are useful. Slightly overpriced.

We bought this one to match the two soft carry-ons we have. It looks similar to our older carry-ons, but was more expensive, but we think it'll last.

This bag is perfect for going on weekend or week-long trips. It's lightweight and roomy. What a relief to not have to check bags any more when flying.

Great piece of luggage to carry-on and avoid checked baggage fees. Roll clothing to get the most space and fewest wrinkles. Great quality - sturdy construction. I love the bright orange color I selected. My piece came with a DVD that gave packing tips, which I incorporated . . . you'll be surprised at what you truly "need" when you focus on packing essentials only. I had a great vacation in San Juan, Puerto Rico! [...]

Well constructed, will be my primary luggage piece for a three-week vacation; comes with extra bags for small items, dirty laundry, etc. Spacious, but still small enough to carry on if the 2" expansion option isn't used.
