Sturdy wheels glide easily. Retractable handle extends easily with the push of a button. Expandability is useful. Outside pocket was handy for storing a jacket when going from cold to warm weather. Smaller outside pocket was handy for travel documents and other travel items. I like the inside pockets that you can put a pair of shoes into. The straps that hold things in place are easy to use and adjust. This our third piece of Pathfinder luggage - like the quality.
