I researched all of the carry on luggage on the market for the lightest model and this is the one I came up with. The zippers do catch quite often though and that is my only caveat. You are basically getting a suitcase with a few pockets on the outer and inner cover. No dedicated space for shoes, no laptop compartment. Just a suitcase. A very light suitcase. It weighs about 4lbs, but it seems weightless when picking it up,in comparison to competing brands/models. I can't vouch for durability because I have only owned it for about a month so time will tell.
