The leather looks great, and is definately high grain. The pockets and compartments are more than sufficient for my needs. I bought the breifcase for my brother, a lawyer, who uses it for his laptop, files, and pens, etc. He loves it.
My only complaint is that rain/snow can get through the top on the sides. It would be better if there were some way to close up those gaps.
