I've had my bag for a few months now and love it. The pocket for the laptop is neoprene which fits the laptop closely and seems to absorb shock well. There are a number of pockets for attachments like the charging brick, a mouse, flash drives, etc. and a section for files and papers. The strap is rubberized and comfortable. The best thing is the TSA approval that allows me to leave the laptop in the case and move through screening more easily. I highly recommend this bag.
