I like having my hands free, and find a cross-body bag the best option. Many of them are deep with a narrow entry, making finding items difficult. The side opening zipper on this model make it so much more user-friendly!Many organizing pockets inside and outside are a definite plus. Unfortunately, my Blackberry (I keep it in its case to avoid making strange calls!)does not fit into the outside flap pocket. The outer front open pocket is a great place to carry notes and the back zippered pocket is very roomy. The strap is very sturdy, and offers a wide range of adjustment.
