the collapsing handle doesn't always collapse and I have to repeat the process. It swivels well and is very durable. I now have a squeak when i roll my case from the wheels? from the collapsing handle?

I use this case to wheel my laptop and a few additional items around the hospital where I work. The case is sturdy and has not received damage from bumping into the sides of elevators or work stations. The wheels roll well on smooth surfaces, not so well on plush carpet.
The case has 2 key locks and a combination lock. There are no instructions for setting the combination lock so I don't know if it works. The key locks work fine as a deterrent to slow someone down from getting into the case.
I didn't want a case that doubled as an overnight bag. This case meets my needs.
