I got the product and on day one, oneof the two zippers in the main compartment came off track and was useless only allowing for me to zip up one side. It was then recommended to me from Irv's to send the bag to a repair center in Maryland to hopefully get fixed and returned within two weeks. I started school already and have no bag for my books. I hop that this is a one time thing as the bad aesthetically looks great and seems to function well for what I need it (if the zipper worked).
