Irv's Luggage Free Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Irv’s Luggage offers a No-Hassle, FREE and Easy return policy* on any unused items (items under $75 do not qualify for Free Returns). No additional re-stocking fees! Product(s) must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging with the original hangtags. Simply call us for a Return Authorization number for you to include when you return your item(s) to us. We need to receive your return within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Monogrammed items are not returnable.

Due to the high cost of shipping our products, Irv’s Luggage will be charging a shipping surcharge of $40.00 on any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information or refusal of the shipment. We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused merchandise FREE within 30 days.

Warranty info:

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Given normal day-to-day use, manufacturer defects should be discovered within this time frame.



What you should know:

  • Irv’s Luggage will pay the UPS return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the continental United States (Free Returns does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses).
  • Simply call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number for you to include when you return your item(s) to us. This RA number must accompany your return.
  • We will send you an electronic pre-paid UPS Return label, which you will affix to the box and drop off at a designated UPS location.
  • Item(s) must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
  • Items returned to Irv’s Luggage that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged the applicable return shipping fee.

  • For items that included a Free Gift with purchase (GWP), the Free Gift must accompany the return item or the advertised value of the gift will be withheld from the credited amount.
  • If you receive an item that you view as defective, please contact Irv’s Luggage prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused item, and if a defect exists Irv’s Luggage will replace the item for you free of charge. However, if the product has been used, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders received on or after November 1st, Irv's Luggage will extend our return policy to give you the flexibility you need at this busy time of year! Call us no later than January 15th, and we will send you a pre-paid return label. All returns must be received in our warehouse by January 31st. We are committed to your satisfaction and hope that this extended period to return your purchases and gifts will be helpful. Happy Holidays!
