If your items total more than $99 Irv’s Luggage is pleased to ship your order for free via UPS Ground Service. If your items total less than $99, there is a shipping charge for shipping via UPS Ground Service (see table below for shipping prices). Irv’s Luggage ships within the continental United States.

Trunks, footlockers, oversized cases & bags over 24" and Proman Valets do NOT ship free and will incur an additional shipping charge of $25.00 per item. If your package is returned to us because it is undeliverable as a result of missing address/apartment information, Irv's Luggage will have to charge a fee to re-ship the order. If Irv's Luggage is responsible for the delivery error, we will re-ship your order at no charge to you.

Irv’s Luggage also offers express shipping that guarantees the delivery of your purchase within 2-3 days. Delivery charges for express shipping are based on your order’s sub-total. Please see table below for rates. Express shipping for each oversized item will incur an additional $25 charge per item (items with any dimension 24 inches or larger are oversized.)**

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the expedited delivery charge associated with their order sub-total. Please see table above. Standard UPS Ground (free) shipping is not an option for orders shipping to these areas. Irv’s Luggage does not currently ship orders outside of the U.S.

International Shipping:
Irv's Luggage has partnered with iShopUSA, a trusted third-party company that fulfills orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option (with the exception of Samsonite, Victorinox and Tumi, which we do not ship outside the US, and Heys USA, which we do not ship to Canada). The items will automatically be transferred into our third party shopping cart. You can pay with international credit cards, Paypal and bank wire transfers. Our partner will process your payment and guarantee delivery. International Return Policy: In order for a return to be accepted it must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you can request by emailing iShopUSA. Once your return is received you may receive a refund for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus any restocking fees, shipment costs to return the merchandise to the retailer as well as any associated duties and taxes. Please note that most returns have a 30-day limit and must be received back in the U.S. before that time period expires. Any personalized items are not eligible for return. Due to the high cost of shipping our products, Irv’s Luggage will be charging a shipping surcharge of $20.00 on any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information or refusal of the shipment.
