This one is an update to the previous Kenneth Cole that I had and which lasted through all the abuse I could put it through; until the very end. To my surprise it had a lifetime warranty. I just felt guilty calling them for a replacement which they were comfortable with and decided to by a new one. This is a superior briefcase and the price is justifiable and should actually be more expensive. Overall I would recommend this excellent and functional product. By the way, this one comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
