    Three Trips and it's completely falling apart!, 6/8/2011

    Three trips with htis piece and both zipper pulls have broken off, the inside support is breaking into pieces. The zippers are extremely difficult to get closed even when the pulls weren't broken. Everytime I open my luggage a new black plastic piece is cracked off and falling out. Doesn't fit a lot of clothes like my previous garment back. It looks like it should but it doesn't.
