If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Irv’s Luggage offers a No-Hassle, Easy return policy* on any unused items. No additional re-stocking fees! Product(s) must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging. Simply call us for a Return Authorization number for you to include when you return your item(s) to us. We need to receive your return within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Monogrammed items are not returnable.

Due to the high cost of shipping our products, Irv’s Luggage will be charging a shipping surcharge of $20.00 on any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information or refusal of the shipment.
